Q. Where are we located? 

A. Our company based out of Harris County, TX. 

 

Q. Can I purchase your products in-store? ​

A. While we do not currently have our own store front, you are able to purchase our products in a few physical locations in Houston such as Our Little Red One Shop (4213 Emancipation Ave. and 5047 Reed Rd).

Q. Do you offer custom candles?

A. Yes we do! If you would like a particular scent in a custom color, please click "custom color" as you're on the item page and write in the notes the color you would like.

 

A custom color is an additional $5.55. You will receive an invoice on the back end.

Q. Do you still offer drop-off service?

A. Yes in select areas throughout Houston and for an additional fee on top of shipping costs. If you would like to inquire about drop off service please place your order regularly and when finished text Lee at (832) 756-0597 with your name, order number, and address you would like your package dropped off to.​​

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please allow up to 5 business days from your order/purchase date for your order to be shipped out. Excluding holidays.

All items are handcrafted.

Your item will shipped out via the USPS. Please take your time when entering your shipping address. If you live in an apartment or unit, please be sure to enter your until information into the appropriate space.

If you forget to do this and the item is returned to sender, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be shipped back out to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again.

All items are final sale and cannot be returned. There are no refunds.
